WhoCaller Delete account

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open WhoCaller and go to Settings › Privacy.
2. Tap Delete account and fill in the short request form.
3. Tick that you understand the deletion is permanent, and send it.

Your account is permanently deleted within 7 days. Until then you can withdraw the request from the same screen.

Delete without the app

Email rskusum@rsappsstudio.com with the subject “Delete my WhoCaller account”, from your account email or including your verified phone number. We verify the request and delete your data within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and WhoCaller ID (name, verified number, operator, Premium badge).
• Spam reports you made, your push notification address and chat key.
• Chat messages waiting on the server, your chat block list and “Who searched for me” notes.
• Any video call set-up records still linked to you.

What is kept, and for how long

• Minimal call and chat records (who contacted whom, when, call answered and duration, never content) are kept until their 180-day period ends, only to answer lawful requests, then deleted automatically.
• A minimal record that your request was completed (internal ID, dates and the reason you chose; no name, number or email).
• Data on your phone is removed when you clear WhoCaller’s storage or uninstall it.

Premium: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store › Payments & subscriptions.
